These Terms & Conditions constitute the legally binding agreement between you and 93ph governing your use of the platform, your account, all games, bonuses, payment services, and any other features available on 93ph.club. Please read them carefully before registering or playing.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the 93ph Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as well as any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 93ph with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing and using the 93ph Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. The effective date of these Terms is stated in the page header above.
To register and use the 93ph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:
The minimum gambling age in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulation is 21 years. 93ph enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC document verification. Providing false age information is a violation of these Terms and Philippine law. Any account found to have been created by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds held will be returned net of any processing fees, and winnings derived from underage play will be forfeited.
93ph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending investigation.
One Account Per Person. Each person is permitted to maintain only one active account on the 93ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage is a material breach of these Terms.
Account Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 93ph login credentials. You must:
93ph accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access remains your responsibility.
Account Closure by User. You may request the closure of your 93ph account at any time by contacting customer support. All outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved before a pending balance can be withdrawn. If you are closing an account for responsible gaming reasons, 93ph's self-exclusion process applies — see Section 12.
Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory for all 93ph accounts prior to accessing real-money gaming features, processing withdrawals, or reaching specified deposit thresholds. KYC compliance is required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

Standard KYC reviews at 93ph are completed within one business day in most cases. Complex reviews requiring additional documentation may take up to five business days. 93ph reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time during your use of the Platform, including re-verification if your personal circumstances change or if suspicious activity is detected on your account. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account restriction until verification is completed.
93ph accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment channels currently supported on the Platform: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and 7-Eleven via Dragonpay. The availability of specific payment methods may change without advance notice subject to partner availability and regulatory requirements.
Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly in standard conditions. Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing timelines of the relevant financial institution, which are outside 93ph's direct control. 93ph does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Currency. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the 93ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise explicitly stated.
Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you represent and warrant that:
Failed Deposits. If a deposit is initiated but does not appear in your 93ph wallet within the expected processing time, contact 93ph support with your transaction reference number and the amount. Do not initiate a chargeback with your payment provider before contacting 93ph — chargebacks initiated without first exhausting 93ph's support process may result in account suspension.
93ph reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits at its discretion, including per-transaction limits and daily, weekly, or monthly aggregate limits, which may vary by payment method and account tier.
Eligibility for Withdrawal. A withdrawal request may be submitted once: (a) your KYC verification is complete and approved; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met; and (c) there are no active compliance, fraud, or responsible gaming holds on your account.
Processing Times. 93ph targets the following processing windows for standard verified accounts:
Processing times may be extended during public holidays, system maintenance, high-volume periods, or where additional compliance review is required. 93ph will notify you via email if your withdrawal requires extended processing.
Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable, 93ph's compliance team will contact you to arrange an alternative, which may require additional verification.
Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per day, and vary by account VIP tier. Limits are displayed within your account's Cashier section. Diamond-tier accounts may negotiate custom limits with their dedicated account manager.
93ph does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions. Your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside 93ph's control and responsibility.
All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, and VIP benefits offered by 93ph are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms and conditions published for each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms govern with respect to that promotion.
Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet per spin or round while a bonus is active, and expiry period are stated in each promotion's dedicated terms.
Bonus Abuse. 93ph employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. The following behaviors, among others, constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as potential account suspension:
Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses. 93ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already accepted and with wagering in progress at the time of modification will not be retroactively affected unless the modification is required by PAGCOR regulation.
93ph VIP program benefits, including monthly cashback, are calculated and credited as described in the VIP program terms. Cashback is calculated on net losses and credited to your wallet balance on the first day of the following month. Cashback credits do not carry wagering requirements.
Game Fairness. All random number generator (RNG) based games available on 93ph are supplied by licensed third-party game developers and carry independent certification of randomness and fairness. RTP figures published by 93ph reflect independently verified developer certifications. Live dealer games use certified shuffle procedures and monitored equipment.
Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure that results in an incorrect game outcome, 93ph reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the relevant wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings arising from a malfunction do not represent valid wins and may be removed from the player's balance. 93ph will endeavor to notify affected players promptly.
Disconnections. 93ph is not liable for any loss suffered by a player as a result of an internet connection failure, device malfunction, or other interruption outside 93ph's direct control. Game state data is recorded server-side, and your game session will typically resume from the last recorded state upon reconnection. For live dealer games, bets placed before disconnection are final.
Betting Limits. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be modified without advance notice. Violation of table or game limits will result in bet voiding or adjustment to the nearest permissible amount.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 93ph Platform. Commission of any of these acts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in reporting to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or Philippine law enforcement authorities where required:
As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, 93ph is subject to the requirements of Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. We are required to report covered and suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Attempts to use the 93ph Platform to launder funds will be reported and prosecuted to the full extent of Philippine law.
Suspension by 93ph. 93ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Funds on Suspension. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance in the player's wallet will be preserved and not forfeited unless the investigation concludes that the funds are the proceeds of fraud, bonus abuse, or a prohibited activity, in which case 93ph reserves the right to retain or return the deposited principal net of any applicable costs.
Reinstatement. Players who believe their account has been suspended incorrectly may submit a written dispute to 93ph support. 93ph will investigate and respond within ten business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with Section 16.

Any unauthorized use of 93ph intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act 8293) and applicable international treaties.
Platform Availability. 93ph endeavors to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not guarantee availability at all times. The Platform may be taken offline for scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, or reasons outside 93ph's control (including but not limited to ISP outages, acts of God, or regulatory requirements). 93ph is not liable for any loss of play opportunity or financial loss attributable to Platform unavailability.
Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 93ph's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your 93ph account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Exclusion of Consequential Losses. 93ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of reputation, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 93ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Gambling Losses. Normal gambling losses incurred in the course of lawful, fair gameplay do not constitute a basis for claims against 93ph. By playing, you accept that wagered funds are at risk and that losing is an inherent and foreseeable outcome of gambling activity.
Nothing in these Terms seeks to limit or exclude any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
Your personal data is collected, processed, stored, and used by 93ph in accordance with the 93ph Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference, and in compliance with Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.
You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to 93ph's legal retention obligations under PAGCOR regulation and Philippine law. Please refer to the 93ph Privacy Policy for full details of your data rights and how to exercise them.
Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of a dispute between you and 93ph, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through 93ph's internal customer support process. Submit your dispute in writing to 93ph support with a clear description of the issue, the relevant dates and amounts, and your desired resolution. 93ph will investigate and respond in writing within ten (10) business days.
PAGCOR Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through 93ph's internal process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's designated dispute resolution mechanism. 93ph acknowledges and accepts PAGCOR's jurisdiction over such disputes as a condition of its operating license.
Jurisdiction. Subject to the PAGCOR escalation process above, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any legal dispute.
93ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially alter your rights or obligations as a player — 93ph will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
Minor amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms, or changes required by updated PAGCOR regulations) may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform without advance individual notice.
The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent substantive revision. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 93ph Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amendment's effective date.
